1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using AI Signal Brief ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. By subscribing or starting a free trial, you agree to the billing terms in Section 5, including automatic renewal. If you disagree with any part of these terms, you may not access the Service.

2. Description of Service

AI Signal Brief is a subscription-based platform that provides:

• Daily market analysis and sector summaries
• News aggregation and trend identification
• Research reports and data visualizations

Service Modifications

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of the Service at any time, with or without notice, including but not limited to:

• Report delivery schedule, frequency, or timing
• Content, format, sections, or data sources included in reports
• Analysis methods, AI models, or underlying technology
• Features, functionality, or availability of any Service component
• Access methods, login systems, or technical infrastructure
• Pricing, subscription terms, or billing practices

We may make changes without prior notice. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance. If you do not agree to changes, you must cancel your subscription.

No Service Level Agreement

The Service is provided "as is" without any guarantees of uptime, report delivery, accuracy, or timeliness. Reports may be delayed, incomplete, modified, or not delivered due to:

• Technical issues or server/infrastructure failures
• Third-party data outages or API limitations
• AI model updates, delays, or deprecations
• Market holidays, weekends, or extraordinary events
• Maintenance or updates to the Service

We are not liable for missed trading opportunities, financial loss, or damages resulting from service interruptions or report delays.

3. Not Financial Advice

The content provided through the Service is for informational and educational purposes only. We are not registered investment advisors, broker-dealers, or financial planners.

• Nothing on this platform should be construed as financial, investment, trading, or legal advice
• Past performance does not guarantee future results
• All investments carry risk, including potential loss of principal
• You are solely responsible for your own financial decisions
• Always consult with a qualified financial advisor before making investment decisions

We disclaim any liability for losses incurred based on information provided through the Service.

No Reliance: You understand and agree that you should not rely on any report or content from AI Signal Brief as the sole basis for investment or trading decisions. All decisions you make are solely your responsibility.

4. Account Registration & Access

To access premium content, you must provide a valid email address and complete payment through our secure payment processor (Stripe). We use a secure cookie-based login system to keep you signed in and verify your active subscription. This cookie stores an encrypted session ID only; it does not contain personal or payment data.

You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your account access (e.g., your email inbox/magic link)
• All activities that occur under your account
• Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized access

5. Subscriptions & Billing

Payment Terms

• Subscriptions are billed monthly or annually (depending on your plan)
• Payment is charged at the start of your subscription and automatically renews on the same day each billing period
• All payments are processed securely through Stripe
• Prices are subject to change with 30 days' notice

Price Changes: We reserve the right to change subscription prices at any time without prior notice. Price changes apply to new subscriptions immediately and to existing subscriptions at the next renewal date. If you do not agree to a price increase, you must cancel before your next billing date.

Cancellation

• You may cancel your subscription at any time through the Stripe Customer Portal
• Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period
• No refunds for partial months or unused time
• You retain access to premium content until the end of your paid period

Refunds

Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis. If you believe you were charged in error or experienced a technical issue preventing service access, contact us at support@aisignalbrief.com and we'll make it right.

5A. 7-Day Free Trial (Monthly Plan Only)

Eligibility: The 7-day free trial is available only for new monthly subscriptions. Annual plans, returning subscribers, and promotional subscriptions may not be eligible for the free trial.

How it works:

• When you start a monthly subscription, you get immediate access to all premium content
• You must provide a valid payment method (credit/debit card or Apple Pay) at sign-up
• Your card will not be charged for the first 7 days
• On day 8, your subscription automatically begins and your card is charged the monthly rate ($49/month)
• After the trial ends, your subscription renews monthly until you cancel

Cancellation during trial: You may cancel your subscription at any time during the 7-day trial period by accessing the Stripe Customer Portal (link sent via email or available on the member hub). If you cancel before day 8, you will not be charged. Your access to premium content ends immediately upon cancellation.

Trial limitations: We reserve the right to limit or deny free trial access to prevent abuse, including but not limited to: multiple trials using the same payment method, suspected fraudulent activity, or violation of our Terms. One free trial per customer.

Annual subscriptions: Annual plans ($390/year, save over 33%) do not include a free trial. Your card is charged immediately upon subscription and renews annually unless canceled.

6. Account Sharing & Prohibited Use

Your subscription grants access for one individual only. The following are strictly prohibited:

• Sharing account access with others
• Reselling or redistributing premium content
• Copying, scraping, or automated extraction of content
• Using the Service for any unlawful purpose
• Attempting to circumvent payment or access controls

Violation of these terms may result in immediate account suspension or termination without refund.

7. Intellectual Property

All content, trademarks, logos, and intellectual property displayed on the Service are owned by or licensed to AI Signal Brief. You may not:

• Reproduce, redistribute, or republish our content without permission
• Use our content for commercial purposes
• Remove or alter any copyright notices

Subscribers may download or print content for personal, non-commercial use only.

8. Data Accuracy & Availability

While we strive to provide accurate and timely information:

• We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of any content
• Data sources may contain errors or become outdated
• Service availability is not guaranteed; technical issues or maintenance may cause interruptions
• We are not liable for any decisions made based on our content

Always verify critical information independently before making decisions. We do not guarantee that reports will be delivered at any specific time or frequency, and may skip or delay reports without notice. Report contents, format, and delivery schedule may change at any time as part of ongoing improvements to the Service.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

• The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind
• We are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages
• This includes damages arising from trading losses, investment decisions, or reliance on Service content
• Our total liability to you for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Service in the 12 months prior to the claim

Some jurisdictions do not allow limitation of liability, so these limitations may not apply to you.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless AI Signal Brief from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from:

• Your use of the Service
• Your violation of these Terms
• Your violation of any third-party rights
• Any investment decisions you make

11. Privacy

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy. By using the Service, you consent to our collection and use of personal information as described in the Privacy Policy. See our Privacy Policy for details on how we use Resend (transactional emails) and MailerLite (marketing emails to active subscribers).

12. Third-Party Services

The Service integrates with third-party services (e.g., Stripe for payments). We use a secure cookie-based login system to manage subscriber access. Your use of any third-party services is subject to their respective terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for third-party services or their content.

13. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without notice, for:

• Violation of these Terms
• Suspected fraudulent or abusive activity
• Non-payment
• Any other reason at our sole discretion

Upon termination, your right to access the Service immediately ceases.

14. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time without prior notice. Changes are effective immediately upon posting to the Service.

Your continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not agree to updated Terms, you must immediately stop using the Service and cancel your subscription. You will not receive a refund for any unused portion of your subscription period.

It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this page reflects when the Terms were most recently modified.

15. Governing Law & Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.

Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the Service shall be resolved through:

• Good faith negotiation first
• If negotiation fails, binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association
• Arbitration shall be conducted remotely or in a mutually agreed location
• Each party bears their own costs unless otherwise determined by the arbitrator

You waive any right to participate in class action lawsuits or class-wide arbitration.

Opt-Out of Arbitration

You may opt out of arbitration within 30 days of creating your account by emailing optout@aisignalbrief.com with your full name and registered email address. If you opt out, disputes will be resolved in courts of competent jurisdiction.

16. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision shall be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.

17. Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and AI Signal Brief regarding the Service and supersede any prior agreements.

18. Force Majeure

We are not liable for any failure or delay in performance caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, pandemics, war, terrorism, civil unrest, government restrictions, labor disputes, power outages, internet failures, cyberattacks, or failures of third-party service providers.

Our obligations under these Terms are suspended for the duration of any such event.
